I wanted to draw Thea’on’s rival and the antagonist of The Hunt Trials, Ald’l. I have affectionately dubbed him “rotten banana” over the course of writing him, but now I get to say he’s a rotten banana because of his colors. Which, coincidentally, are fucking beautiful.

This is also a new illustration style I wanna test out! Gonna put it through its paces. I haven’t left anything with a white background intentionally in… ever. So, I’m excited!
